The submission itself should be a report of the psyop, based off the operator manual (https://lastpsyop.com/operator-manual.pdf). See example writeup below - the key pieces are documentation of the chain of events (where the idea was seeded, how it propagated to each target), and links for the judges to observe the effects on social media or wherever territory you performed it in.
